Engagement with promotional material does not constitute a binding agreement until a site inspection or consultation has been completed and a formal quote has been issued.

2. Offers & Promotions

All promotional offers advertised via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or any other platform are limited-time only, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

All advertised prices and inclusions are indicative only and subject to site inspection or consultation. Raja's Painting is not responsible for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or assumptions made by customers based on promotional material.

3. Site Inspection & Pricing

Final pricing is only confirmed following an on-site inspection or consultation.

Factors that may affect pricing include:

• Size and layout of the property

• Surface condition (e.g., preparation, sanding, patching)

• Number of rooms or levels

• Type of paint or finishes requested

• Custom or additional services (e.g., feature walls, trim work)

All prices shown in advertisements are estimates only and may vary based on the specific requirements of the job.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking and secure a service date.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and due dates will be clearly outlined in the formal quote.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Raja's Painting is unable to complete the agreed-upon service.

Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur administrative fees or interest charges.

5. Service Limitations

Raja's Painting provides residential painting services only and does not include:

• Structural repairs or modifications

• Electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work

• Major surface repairs beyond standard preparation

• Outdoor painting beyond the agreed scope

Any additional work requested that falls outside the original agreement will require a separate quote and written approval.

6. Liability & Warranty

Raja's Painting is not liable for pre-existing damage, underlying structural issues, or unrealistic expectations not aligned with the agreed scope of work.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays due to weather, access issues, or third-party interference.

All services are provided ‘as is’ unless otherwise specified in writing.

Warranties apply only to workmanship and services clearly listed in the scope of work and do not cover:

• Wear and tear, environmental exposure, or customer misuse

• Paint or product performance beyond the manufacturer's stated warranty

7. Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions do not override any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If no resolution can be reached, either party may seek legal remedies governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction in Australia.
